Simple Casserole Recipe
Lifestyle NewsletterOur family is a busy household, and quick and simple meals that can last for days are a great help when life gets busy! One of our favourites comes from a good friend of mine, and we use it all the time. This is a great one for adjusting to taste. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 cups vegetables (carrots, peas, zucchini work well)
3 cups pasta, style of your choice (you can pre-cook the pasta, or add it raw and then add a cup of water every 20 min or so)
Butter, salt, pepper
1 can each of: Cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and celery soup
Marble cheese
2 chicken breasts
Steps
Grease a large casserole dish with butter.
Chop your vegetables and chicken to bite-sized pieces, and place in the dish with your pasta and soup cans. Mix it all together.
Salt and pepper to taste, adding cheese and butter on top.
Place in the oven for up to an hour, adding water as needed.
