Simple Casserole Recipe

Our family is a busy household, and quick and simple meals that can last for days are a great help when life gets busy! One of our favourites comes from a good friend of mine, and we use it all the time. This is a great one for adjusting to taste. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:


  • 3 cups vegetables (carrots, peas, zucchini work well)

  • 3 cups pasta, style of your choice (you can pre-cook the pasta, or add it raw and then add a cup of water every 20 min or so)

  • Butter, salt, pepper

  • 1 can each of: Cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and celery soup

  • Marble cheese

  • 2 chicken breasts


Steps

  • Grease a large casserole dish with butter.

  • Chop your vegetables and chicken to bite-sized pieces, and place in the dish with your pasta and soup cans. Mix it all together. 

  • Salt and pepper to taste, adding cheese and butter on top. 

  • Place in the oven for up to an hour, adding water as needed.
